I just can't stand slice of life anime or even most "moe", but I used to really like Himoutou Umaru-Chan when I was about 12 and I can't bring myself to hate it now. Is anybody else like this where they hate an entire genre or specific style, but are unable to hate the most generic of that said genre or style because it's nostalgic? Even when I tried rewatching it, I still kind of enjoyed it despite it having all the qualities of something I would immediately cause a clitty tsunami over… am I just retarded?

FACT: Dragon Ball Z, one piece and naruto are all mid as FUCK. one piece is the most mid and naruto is the less Mid Anime but still. all of them are Mid and was never Good. the only reason people thinks they are "Good" is because they watch this shit as a kid and Thought this shit was cool because they was a dumb child and the only reason they still like all 3 of them is because of Nostalgia and nothing else.
