I will keep watching anime with english subtitles and I don't care what you stupid elitists say! I will not spend thrembillion thousand hours memorizing the meaning of 4000 scribblings from a savage barbarian language just so I can enjoy consooming their media a little bit more. Aside from anime, learning Japanese will almost certainly have no impact on your life whatsoever and it's one of the hardest languages to learn! You'd be better off learning a language that might actually be helpful to you in real life, like chinese or spanish!
