ImageFrame
This plugin allows you to put any image or gif you desire and make it into a mapart.
The two most important commands are as follows :
/imageframe select - Select item frames to put image maps on
/imageframe create <name> <url> <width> <height> - Create a new image map
MedievalFactions
With the help of This Plugin you can form Factions, spread your claims, declare wars, ally, vassalize other factions, you gain "power" which in turn lets you expand your factions' claim even more. During wars you can also conquer territory. ( only possible if you are at war with the targeted faction and if they have more land than power.)

SkinsRestorer is a plugin that restores skins for offline mode servers & networks that gives the players ability to change their skins by typing a single command.
/sr applyskin to apply a skin, can be even random! (/sr help for more commands.)
If you want to choose a custom skin, simply do for example :
/skin set "Player Name" to use a skin of an already existing premium player
