The poster is trying to get seen by several strangers just to drop a hint, that they have an unhealthy addiction to pornography of certain type of media. We can just assume, he is consuming this low-quality type of adult content everyday, which severly damaging his brain, but he can't stop it, and makes a wound more deeper and deeper.
He is suffering from lack of attention in the real life; he wants to see people, and wants these people to see him. But he can't find it outside of the Internet. He can't find a true love and happiness. He can only find an illusion of it, by a dusty router and Ethernet cable or a Wi-Fi signal, through the glowing monitor screen and a muddy, old keyboard with a computer mouse.
