His jannies do nothing and he doesn't try to correct them in any way, he rarely ever communicates with soyteens and instead talks on the IRC most of the time, he puts more time into a SNCA imageboard frame that NO ONE ASKED FOR (vichan is just fine).

Overall he has no idea how bad the site has gotten, and keep in mind, this isn't just /soy/, it's everything.
