The hell does 4chan out of any other site fail to update there PHP leaving there site vulnerable for years like the admin or owner must of been lazy or something to not update his PHP

Are there any alternatives to steam? I dont feel comfortable supporting them if they refuse to respond to these reports and finally do something about the rampant antisemitism and hate speech on their site.
