How do i turn on the ultra healing ability of my body so it heals all my scars and blemishes and gain the ability to tan dark?

I was able to stay in the sun for 2 hours without getting burnt(it usually happens with in 15 minutes). Like this time i did not get burnt at all, and i told myself the sun would not hurt me so it did not hurt when the sun touched my skin.
