I remember a few dreams.
One of them I pointed a loaded gun to my temple threatening to end my own life for whatever reason.
The finger was off the trigger, The gun went off.
I remember instantly my body going limp, my vision going dark and hearing faded into silence.
Couple of times I realized I was in a dream and I could physically feel the material in such dream.
I felt the heat of the sun, rain, warm wind, grass, concrete and metal.
Randomly, I sometimes feel one of my limbs being physically lifted from my bed while dreaming. or feel something sharp poke into my neck, (injection of something)
I also remember I tripped and fell down and slowly fell down onto my bed. I felt my body softly landing and waking up the moment it happened.
sleep paralysis:
I remember feeling a build up sensation in the back of my neck and there would be very loud "wind" noises going to said direction. Only happened 3 times.
Another one I heard thumping and demonic noises.
I tried to talk shit and tell it to fuck off but the moment I tried the bastard pressed a sharp pointed blade to my neck, It was painful.
I heard a phone go off, male voice speaking german and suddenly very loud static and a woman screaming.
Last one I had
suddenly woke up and heard "ambient music" hover over me and moved towards my desk area. I opened my eyes and I saw a white orb with some color before closing my eyes again and going back to sleep. First time saw anything in my sleep paralysis.
