That's very hard to offer advice about. What I am telling you is just the most basic general advice. The rest like, for example, length of WBTB, LD methods, sleep length of 1st phase, REM phases, sleep schedule, meditation, REM rebound, supplements, type of bed is something you'll have to experiment around yourself. I can tell you how exactly I am trying to lucid dream, but I don't think it'll be of any use to you. And I'd love to point out that dont have 100% lucid dream rate. Keep that in mind. As for the sleeping mask. The cloth sleeping mask works best for me. Try to find something that covers your eyes and ears. Something with velcro as it can be as tight as you might need. It's better than those cheap sleeping masks with rubber bands.
