Its probably microplastics or radiation, but one of my main theories is becouse of the air pollution, the air does not hold enough consciousness and our brains and souls get starved or something

Drink more water, get generally /fit/ter/move more, it’s just a new buzzword for cognitive decline that’s coming from increasingly sedentary lifestyle and bad diets
(Source: im nuanced™ on covid, got vaccinated, but ive had no ‘fog’ except things like hangovers ofc, in fact my cognitive abilities have improved i should think as ive been getting fitter, especially in the last year or so)
