if you have a pc already, there is absolutely no reason to get another thing you cant take out of your home. are you going anywhere with a steam deck? hell no its too big and useless for that.

Depends if you have the Switch 1 already
If you do, get someone to hardmod it for you. You'll get access to homebrew, ports, and even Android and Linux if you install them on the SD card
If you don't, then either do dis >>76420 or get a Steam Deck if you really want performance. It's a cool system, but there's a reason why all portable devices out there use ARM and not x86. Also you really don't need the newest thing to play your games on the go.
