Giga. Turn based RPGs have absolutely no substance. Every single one will have a combat system that devolves to using normally a small selection of moves, which is very boring.

Strongly disagree. Take Oldschool RuneScape. Requires tick perfect, fast clicks, and constant attention. Everything happens pretty fast in OSRS.

Likely true, but there are tactics and strategy rpgs too. I personally think rpgs are better when they're harder faster and more unpredictable, instead of being bland shit made for cacas (most rpgs).

TSMT. I've always been in the opinion that turn based RPGs are the McDonald's of gaming even when that label often goes to FPS and Goyball games. However, at least those games require bitch basic visual reactive coordination; RPG troons cope that their games require any strategic thinking but in reality it's the most braindead genre you can play with the combat always devolving into: buff-> use effective attacks -> heal 95% of the time. Also there's things like most encounters being made of pure fodder and the occasional grinding that adds the to the brainlessness.

I know about into the breach but haven't played it unfortunately. If its anything like FTL it is aryan however. I haven't really seen much of turn based roguelikes, ive watched my dad play some of the ancientGOD ASCII roguelike dungeon crawlers but thats it

daylight is trannyniggerhell, at one point my goal was to play a weak killer and consistently win against high mmr squads just didnt happen
highlights of the genre are friday the 13th and the halloween game, havent played them but it looks like u could have fun with voip and probably a good time.
