It costs like £/$60 to get a ps3/xb360 and a copy of gta 4. It doesn't run at 60fps but I know 100% that if rockstar remakes it they will rape the art style and any parts of the story that wouldn't fit with a modern narrative. It would look like a mod of gta 6 probably.

I have gta 4 on steam but I don’t have a PC but recently got gifted a PS5 from a family member. I also happen to have gta 4 on a physical xbox 360 disk.

I'd recommend you to consider getting an xbox one then if you want a more budget option to play it on modern hardware. Check if its compatible but you might be able to play it on there, and the Xbox one is ridiculously cheap right now

Also if you have a laptop or literally any computer I assume gta 4 should run. Its an ancient game at this point
