Most are just incredibly boring and made for fags and troons who only care about the characters being heckin representative. I played undertale and deltatroon to please my sister who likes them for some reason and I don't get all the fuss. The humour is reddit quirk chungus and the boss fights are generic bullet hell. Pokemon style combat is even worse, you just mash buttons to go through the menus faster and use like the 2 same moves each time.
The only type of RPG I have really enjoyed is Fire Emblem. And thats because I really like the Advance Wars games, and Fire Emblem is basically a turn based strategy with characters and a story.
