If you aren't a sperg for military vehicles just uninstall it or play battlefield or something. Its not worth it.
If you are a sperg for mil vehicles, then know not to expect anything more modern than the early cold war without paying. The early battle ratings are pretty fast to research, but it progressively turns into CBT. By the time you reach about BR 8.0 researching any ground vehicle becomes an absolute slog. I would recommend to switch between nations and play whatever interests you, and to stick between 1.0-6.0 for the most part.
Starting off in arcade is fine to get used to the game but you will eventually need to move to realistic battles to make any progress in the tech tree. The main difference is that you don't get indicators for enemy tanks unless they have been scouted, and you don't get a penetration indicator, so you need to learn weak spots. I prefer it but being sniped by some chink covered in p2w bushes from across the map is not very fun.
