>>69116i may just be naive and a pessimist but i don't think organizing in this thread (or any other thread) will work for that. for an ironman campaign to be enjoyable we would need to guarantee the same people play over a long time; latejoiners or people who are on-off just wouldn't work & wouldn't be fun.
i've tried to play barotrauma campaigns many times with many different groups of people, and no matter if it's ironman or not, you need a dedicated group to progress and do stuff. hence my problem, there isn't an easy way to have a group without it potentially devolving into a soycord/groomercord
