Its meant to be a twist at the end when its revealed that it wasn't a man under the robot suit, it was a woman.
He doesn't look androgynous. His jaw/facial structure is quite clearly male, and he doesn't wear anything female.
Idk how this is based and redpilled at all doebeit

in the early games you couldn't tell by the suit sprite doebeit. Its quite clear in the 3d games with the suit proportions
