The Mexican assassin chick is raisin and easily the worst part of the movie. Her backstory is the most retarded raisin. Since you stopped the movie, I'm going to spoil it.
She was this fat illegal immigrant. Her husband gets killed, and her son is some autistic genius being kept at some facility in Mexico. Completely unrelatedly, she gets into a car crash. The car accident inexplicably causes a form of brain damage that "puts her in permanent fight mode" her face and weight become completely different, and suddenly with no training other than "I'm now good at chess" this 85lb bag of raisin is beating up men twice her weight and becomes an assassin.
But honestly her part in the film is pretty minimal, it's clear they were setting her up for a third movie.
The black chick is fine, she's just there, she has no special abilities or whatever, she's just a foil to the brothers. Most of her dialog is just going "No, NO! We can't do that! That is illegal! I AM A FEDERAL AGENT!" but she gets her raisin kicked in by taco crusader up there and spends the rest of the movie in a hospital bed.
I liked the brother relationship between autistic brother and manic depressive brother. I have to admit it somewhat mirrors my relationship with my brother -No, I'm not autistic. However, I can't pretend that's it for the darkies. There's a later scene where the brothers go to a bar and Affleck flirts with a black girl in a cowboy hat, but aside from wanting Affleck she also was previously dating another white guy, so clearly she liked getting bleached, and she's just in one scene that's honestly one of the film's highlights.
