I'm working on a compiler and I'm looking for good resources on backends. Even if I use something like LLVM IR I still need an implementation of my own. I've been looking at the purple dragon book which has helped a bit but is there any other good resources? I'm trying to read the source code of some small compilers but doing that is ropefuel.
