idk, if you want it set up for you. you can use vscodium, or maybe qtcreator. If you want something in the terminal lazyvim, or some other neovim distro. Or something like doom emacs maybe (not a terminal app). And for a shell bash is pretty much the standard. That or zsh.

that shouldn't really effect you. I haven't messed with either much, since I just use neovim, but from what I could tell when trying out vscodium it should have everything you actually need.
