>>40078I’m revisiting this thread because I’ve convinced myself that I need to ditch my over-ear headphones. My use is specifically gaming—CS2, PUBG, and BODYCAM. I also consider myself an audiophile, but I’ve never really been interested in IEMs for gaming, mostly because I’ve been ignorant about how they can actually perform for FPS. For those of you who use IEMs for gaming, will I be disappointed making the switch from over-ear headphones? I’m interested in positional audio, imaging, sound stage, footsteps, and being able to distinguish where sounds are coming from. I also care about sound outside of just competitive performance. I like this thread and would appreciate hearing from anyphono who use IEMs for gaming, especially with games like CS2, PUBG, and BODYCAM.
