I accidentally raped my system by messing with /etc/default/grub so the default resolution was raped to niggerhell and back. I tried to fix it but I couldn't use vim or nano, so I unironically actually straight up had to use ed, the standard text editor. I just went in and wrote 9s/[faulty part]//p then after checking it was ok, wq, and it was done.
