What's the cheapest paid LLM that isn't retarded and how should I set it up? I don't care if the CCP knows how I develop opensource software or do college work and that's all I'll use it for. I would do partially local but I only have 8gb of ram so it will probably be next to useless except maybe as a search engine. I was thinking maybe Deepseek + some snca model on Ollama through 9router with Headroom. Thoughts?
