look on ebay, you can also look for partially broken PCs, they are cheaper and built like lego so you can swap broken components between 2 or more PCs

Get an office PC and upgrade it. You can probably find used ones for pretty cheap online or in shops. Then buy an old graphics card and put it in. Try to aim for 16GB RAM as a minimum because if you're playing on windows 11 it eats ram.

Though OP should do dis, old office/library or whatever pcs can offer decent cpus and putting in an old gpu can do the job well
