Not really the Linux eco system is always changing and breaking backwards compatibility. There's Debian LTS but you basically can't run anything not in the repository without compiling yourself.

ive tried 10 iot ltsc, debian, arch, slackware and a bunch of their respective forks

i now use windows 7, you wont be happy with any other os for long. theres just too much bloat

Ubuntu is hot garbage and always has been, don't know why people don't understand that. It's a n00bie trap of "looks easy enough" but everything works poorly and breaks down randomly so people end up going back to Windows or Mac.
