Add a gem/coal upvote/downvote system to the booru NOW.

The 'ru has become so bloated and dusty it takes ages to find a high quality jak and being able to order by upvote score would solve this instantly.
It would also add positive feedback for teens who make high quality jaks and hopefully provide a disincentive for the faggots who spam the 'ru with coal. Because as it stands there is a quite a small amount of feedback you get from making good jaks especially ones which are highly specialised and detailed because only general and generic jaks ever get spammed on the 'log.
