The best I can tell you is to keep trying. It's something you have to learn, so even starting small like asking someone for directions or where the milk is is a good start.

You are probably attracted to femboys because:
1. You really hate women

i've used it, its good for getting understanding how addiction works. but personally it isnt that great i've tried is and it never clicked for me for whatever reason there are pitfalls and it doesn't get that people will sometimes relapse.

i do want to say that i am still an addict but over the years these are some things have have worked really well i just have issues and some inadequacies i must iron out when i go internetless for 30 days

there is this book atomic habits essentially you say to your self "im not an addict" anymore and essentially you will start to believe and change towards that. i have yet to put this into practice because my life is all out of order.
