I currently have no friends, no job as of 8 weeks ago, no family. I am basically living in my own world with nothing but my own thoughts.

My path out of this is to finish getting all my online certifications needed to start my own business. I have been lacking motivation to do this due to too much gaming, gooning, isolation and consooooming goyslop.

I will list my daily goals that I am trying to achieve in order to fix my brain and help me be more productive, I encourage you to do the same so that we may keep eachother accountable.

Yesterday, I only achieved 1 or 2 out of 8 daily goals, I also completed zero tasks on my to-do list.

Today's objective
Do better. To win, I must hit more of my daily goals today than yessterday.

Daily objectives:

I wish to expand this list, but I will refrain from doing so until I hit all of these consistently.

p.s to the dairyfag, I do have my own physical daily journal that I use. As retarded as it may sound, I am making these posts for the social aspect. The thought of someone reading these posts and thinking im a degenerate layabout for not hitting my daily goals is motivating. I have nobody in real life to motivate me or hold my accountable so this is a good outlet. also, I think its kinda cool.

Today's recap
Today stared awful and I wanted to not even update the thread today (which is why I didn't earlier) but I pulled it back and ended up having a decent day. I achieved 4 out of 8 of my daily goals, and scratched 1 think off my to-do list. This still is not where I want to be, but I'm trying to be easier on myself and acknowledge the progess I make, even if it is small. For years I was extremely critical of myself and I realised it was not productive. Therefore, I see today as a win day, even thought it wasnt a total chud victory.

I will update the thread again tomorrow morning.

I spent today legitimately doing nothing. I had a ton of stuff I wanted to do, practice programming, do stuff for college, or even just play a game. I think I was so paralyzed by having so many tasks that I found it easier to just sit around and do nothing instead, I used the sharty a bit and talked on cord all day basically. I'm not going to say I'm completely rotting but today could've been so much more, I hate that I wasted an entire day on nothing. I struggle with ADHD and actually having motivation to do stuff, I hate how lazy I am and I wish I was more productive.

I have had many days like that during the past few years. It feels shitty in the moment, but dwelling on it and beating yourself up over it offers you no reprieve or solution to your problem (I know this from experience). The only workable option is to just decide to do better today.

I have changed my mindset from an all-or-nothing type of mindset to more of a gradient. Instead of beating myself up for not having a perfect day, I now consider it a win if I just did better than yesterday, even if it is only by a small amount. Funnily enough, this mindset has caused me to be much more productive than when I was trying to force myself to be perfect.

You can only do one thing at a time, therefore the solution to rotting has to be doing things one at a time, if you do one thing, that's a win.

This should be something you don't really think about much. It's like the pink elephant experiment where saying "don't think about this", will immediately make you think about it since our brains aren't designed to not think. Aside from that, great goals. You could add some entertainment to it for fun but it's not a requirement.

I actually do need that much sleep lol. ever since I've turned 20 I need to sleep for 10-11 hours. I can force myself to run on 8 for a few days, but if I do that I feel like shit and end up eventually sleeping for like 14-16 hours to catch up. The 8 hour stat is based on population averages, some people need 6, I am someone who needs 10-11.

about Christianity: yes this is something i learned and i thank God for that. in the past i self-loathed so much because of my previous failures improving my life. i found a great motivation by the realization that i'm already guilty-free because He died for my sins.
i'm pretty irregular in my christian habits doe. i don't go regularly to church and i don't read the Bible as frequently as before when i started Christianity. i didn't lost the spark and i will never do, i'm really passionate and i'm pretty well-known by my friends as some sort of christian guy but i lost that weird friction (it's a bit hard to explain) to keep going, or maybe it's just laziness

im a NEET right now since i took a "gap year" and the only productive thing i really did was getting a job that lasted a month. i also brainwashed myself that gooning is faggot behavior and now i can't even bother so i'm doing progress at least. i have a lot of free time that i can use productively but i don't know where to start doe. i'm considering starting with a timetable

Really strange day today. Last night I realised that youtube and gaming are taking up too much of my time and that i'm addicted to them. I have easily avoided them today and will continue to do so for the unsuing weeks. SNCA Update
I have been slacking on updates the past few days, because frankly, until yesterday, I have not been making good progress.

Today I actually went out and socialised. I went to this old geezer meeting at a local church and ended up playing a 2 hour long chess match with some geezer called dez (he took forever to make his turns), it was really fun and I feel invigorated.

I have completely abstained from gaming and youtube (with the exception of watching a couple YT vids in bed last night). I have also started prepping my own healthy meals again instead of just eating slop. I have also started making music and drawing too. I'm just feeling pretty good rn.

today I finally had enough money to renew my gym membership, since starting this thread I have just been doing bodyweight excerises at home. I did a full workout today and feel absolutely drained in a good way. I also cleaned my entire apartment. I will have completed 7/8 of my daily tasks today. I feel strange. I am not used to being this healthy and productive, it feels extremely weird and unsettling to me but I will keep going.

Tomorrow I am going to a church meeting that I used to enjoy attending a lot, its a small group with a lot of other people my age there. I might meet my wife award, kidding, probably not… unless? There is also a guy that goes that whom I have quite bad blood with, I'm just going to try to avoid him.

My main focus currently is a calorie deficit. I am the heaviest I have ever been right now and am quite uncomfortable with my appearance. My oven is broke so I can only eat food that can be cooked on the stovetop, so it requires a little more discipline, but I NEED to get lean before I kill myself. I will endeavour to track every single calorie that goes into my mouth from here on out. My current daily calorie allotment is 1900 but I will lower this if i don't see progress soon.

If you read all this let me know, I doubt anyone will since this is atomic levels of SNCA, but posting this in a place where people can see it helps me a lot. thank you for reading, chud.
