Being off social media is good. That means you should actually have some time to devote to useful activities and not be a zogbot staring at your phone.
Find a hobby and put yourself in social environments. If you are a NEET, get a job, any job. Even just being a cashier will let you talk to a few people a day and make a little money too. Ideally you should be in a job that will give you a long term career doebeit.
If you are a caca at school, join clubs. There has to be something. Do a sport that isn't a competitive 'iggerhell like football or basketball, and find something where the people are just having fun. Volleyball is decent if you have the option.
At home, read books and play vidya. Its better than watching reels. For vidya, if you have nothing to do all day play something you can see progress in, like 'craft. If you're a busy guy who works long hours its fine to play a more braindead game like COD.
