About quitting, I feel like in your case it will probably be difficult to quit cold turkey. You have to drastically reduce the amount of time you spend masturbating and completely forget about the fetish content. For now, only goon to vanilla porn, by that I mean like content that only shows the woman because porn with a man in it is cuckpilled. Try not do to it to hentai either as that can quickly lead to you going back to other fetishes. I'd set a goal for you to do it for 30 minutes every other day at most. It doesn't matter if you fail, even just reducing it to once a day will be a sign of great progress compared to your current way of life. If you feel confident, find a person irl who you trust and tell them you have an issue with pornography (obviously dont tell them all the embarrassing details). Once you feel like you're at least somewhat in control of your addiction you can try to quit completely.
There's another very obvious issue I've noticed, you completely lack any real interest other than gooning, it's literally the only thing you do the whole day. Also watching anime probably triggers your porn addiction. You need to find ANYTHING else that you can do to pass the time, playing video games, watching movies, reading books, listening to music, going outside, this is fundamentally important to quitting because staying idle, not doing anything, when you're alone in private is what's gonna lead you to relapsing.
Get rid of any triggers for your addiction, things like seeing a sexually provocative image on social media, things that make you think about sex or gooning. Delete reddit and any other apps that cause this, you can even add a porn blocker or something similar. You could try setting your devices to grayscale mode to make them less interesting. Cutting your screentime in general would help a lot.
A good way to start would be doing a dopamine detox. You can set a goal to not use electronic devices for entertainment for 2 weeks. If you're able to do that then you won't even want to comeback to your old lifestyle and embrace the new one of discipline and self improvement. The hardest part about it is getting past the first day and finding things you can do to pass the time, I recommend reading books (you can allow yourself to do this digitally but be careful with any triggers), working out and spending time outdoors. You should study and read in a public library and socialize more (even if it's just your relatives) to get away from being alone in your room. It also seems like you do most of the gooning on your phone so try to keep your phone away from yourself, in inconvenient places.
If genuinely none of these things help you then you must seek a therapist before it's too late.
What personally helped me with this addiction isn't any of the things I've mentioned so far. It was returning to God, christianity. I dismissed it my whole life only for it to be the thing that helped me the most. If you immediately rejected this idea when reading then it might not be for you but try to give it a chance. Confessing your sins to god will really get rid of the burden of your past sins and degeneracy, praying even just once or twice per day will keep you motivated, keeping an icon or any sort of symbol around at all times will heavily discourage you from gooning. God will accept you as long as you feel remorse and want to change.
