the thing that fixed me was getting rejected by a girl i actually loved. the lead up inspired me to make something of my life, and the fallout caused me to truly find God. so i suppose what i would recommend is to take your head out of the algorithm and go find something or someone that you need to have in your life. it could really be anything, you just need something to light a fire under your ass for the first time in your life to show you that there is more than utter apathy, which i assume is what you feel day-to-day.

the most important part is to not beat yourself up for not improving as fast as you think you should (this is the hardest advice to follow), and to walk your path with humility (this doesn't just mean to not get a big head, true humility is knowing you are neither a gigachad or an unlovable chud, you are just a man like everyone else, with all the potential and pitfalls implied with such a label) and to walk with God. i don't think it really matters what religion you believe in or if you really fully believe in God now, if you cry out to God for guidance and aid and you truly mean it with all your heart, he will give it to you. just remember that what you need rarely if ever is what you want. most importantly, remember that you'll be fine, 'een.
