i'd just skip straight to dutasteride bro, I started taking it when my baby hairs disappeared because I was scared as fuck and at Norwood 2 why even try with the lesser version of dutasteride? its good for the skin too, mostly everything bad you've heard about is fear mongering. I'd just make sure you check that your growth plates are indeed closed at 18 and that you don't have a late puberty ahead of you.

nw2 is fine unless you're thinning. monitor and if u see crown/diffuse thinning get on fin or dut.

hair transplants actually suck in the long run because you’ll start balding again, but it will start PAST your new hairline. so you’ll be chill for a few years until you start balding again but look worse in the long run

it would be fucking terrible to have a clean hairline, then thinning/balding hair but full hair in the bald spot again. Nightmare fuel hair.

Im 18 but started noticing the corners of my hair receding a bit, i won't mess with anything for now because i don't really mind nw 2 but if it looks like my hair will start thinning or I start getting the Mcgoyslop M hairline ill take something

i did. as far as i know, the last 2 years my hairline remains the same, somewehere between 1b and 2. i use minoxidil too, but no regrowth, only shedding geg. might be because i am a SLF and i dont use it enough. btw fin increases your testosterone by 15-25%

i started minoxidil a year ago when i was 18 and i got some regrowth on the corners (i applied the topical minoxidil inconsistently so now one side of my hairline is normal while the other is slightly recessed).
