How the fuck do I quit my addiction to social media, gaming, and my general addiction to the internet as a whole? I'm wasting my life away the more i do this

find any hobby that isn't connected digitally
do you want to learn and improve an actual skill? get into stuff like woodworking or music or hunting or sewing or (non digital) art
do you just want something that's not necessarily a skill and more a display of knowledge? that's stuff like rockhounding or learning history and stuff like that

start eliminating random services from your life. for example start by cutting your access to spotify, then start deleting games you are addicted to, force yourself to do another hobby and so on. you can larp as an oldgod and use old tech as a replacement, since those are not related to the internet
