It REALLY depends on the situation and who the girl is.

Usually you chat her up and, if you two hit it off, you say you'd like to meet up again. When you two finish up chatting, before parting you can ask if she'd like to meet up again. If she says yes then you can offer her you can exchange phone numbers/social media.

If you've known her for a while its really easy to get her number, but more in a friend way than a romantic relationship. If you just ask her shell probably give it to you, make it sound like "I don't think i have your number" if you've known each other for ages.

Same, i feel like it leaves me out of some things. In high school everyone would constantly be messaging each other on it, i considered getting it and then had the realisation that they dont actually want to talk, they do it for streaks. If they wanted to my whatsapp was right there, it was just that nobody gave a shit about me.

With insta i could have gotten it to send/receive reels from friends but really i didnt want to be a lazy fucker who watches short form videos all day. I deleted tiktok in 2021 because of how much time it wasted, no need to undo that.
