I started noticing that the only way i can feel satisfaction from a conversation is taking to people online through text, I can't talk about any meaningful in person and because i talk online so much i feel like im losing the need to talk to people irl

I never really had friends in the real life in elementary school it wasn't so bad but since I started high school I've pretty much never talked to anyone i just was sad in my room.
Then after finds out about this site and later about the zarty I've been doing all my socialization there.
Then I started talking to that one person online and we've been talking a lot.
And if i wanted to get something of my chest I would tell her.
And I think that all that kinda changed me that so i default to talking online.
But very recently i cut all contac and stopped talking to that person
And I feel empty and alone but i still can't talk to anyone irl

So we where just in a friendly relationship but after some time i started developing feelings for her and started loving her.
After that I even told her about(she didn't feel the same way i knew that but i hoped that telling her will make lose that feeling(it didn't))
And I tried talking with her as friends after that but i just felt so terrible especially when hearing about any relations of her and other man.
So I decided that i should just cut her off because that's the only way I'll forget and move forward

in all honesty though, not every conversation you have, irl or not, has to be meaningful or "give you satisfaction". ur autism might make u feel that every conversation has to be interesting, but it rlly doesnt.

dont base ur overall joy on how many people you can talk to and mutually entertain, thats attention seeking. perhaps u just dont like talking to people irl and thats fine, its who u r.

I feel you. A couple days ago I cut off a girl I met online for the same reason. We’d been talking in private for a little while and in way that seemed very intimate and flirtatious to me, but near the end her interest seemed to decrease and it became clear she didn’t feel the same, so I told her how I felt and that it wouldn’t be healthy for me keep in touch if she didn’t, so we ended things there. It sucks but that was the best thing to do. I hope you’re all good and moving on well from her.

Im thinking about how I should contact her again in abaut a month when i calm down a little, idk if that shit with me loving her will start all over again, but thinking that I'll never talk to her again is just terrible.

Im on a emotional level of a toddler, as soon as one woman didn't immediately cut me off and actually gives me some attention i feel like we where meant for each other and i get obsessed, this happened more than once

I think I am largely responsible for letting myself become so unhealthily obsessed with her so quickly, but this is the first time I've ever fell in love and I've never dealt with this before, I was lonely and unhappy and a woman gave me positive attention for the first time so it became an obsession for me. But she definitely gave the impression of being interested and spoke in a flirtatious way, I've reread over everything multiple times I'm sure it was intentional, so either she had feelings and then lost them or was just playing games, I'm not sure.

Idk women are weird I've had many situations irl when a girl acted flirty to me but i think that most of the time they just do it for fun and don't mean anything by it.
Tbh i don't care much for that kind of stuff, like i don't feel anything.
Buy Actual engagement in any aspect of my life is something that gets me thoes feelings, and its a shame because a girl just tries to be nice to me and i become obsessed and cant even look her in the eyes or speak to her normaly

I mean I'll probably end up hurt again but the thought of taking with her again stays in my head all the time.
