Does anyone else remember being a kid and having this super obvious feeling that you were really talented and smart and unique compared to the people around you, but you could never actually tell anyone this, and the school system & normies tried as hard as possible to convince you that you're exactly like them and you would have the same kind of life as them, and if you still believed otherwise then they would just say you're mentally ill or narcissistic or oppositional defiance disorder. They could never handle the idea that a smart & creative person disagrees with their methods and their lifestyle so their only trick left was to make you believe that you are mentally ill and ruin your self-confidence forever

You probably know this, but modern education is based on the prussian model. The prussian model did not care for creativity, it wanted to make loyal soldiers and factory workers that followed orders. Modern school is similar, it wants to create good little goys that follow the rules, consoom and go to work. Except unlike the Prussian model its less effective, it still crushes any uniqueness but isnt strict enough to enforce rules. So a lot of the students leaving school are going to live off welfare, and the unique and bright children are bullied and crushed until they are a husk.

Yeah, I wonder if this is where NPC culture comes from. Like it's not just the fact that most people are trained to be NPCs by modern education, but they're also fiercely hostile and protective of this system, and if you bring forward any unconventional or outside-the-box ideas they get really hostile towards you / suspicious of you. Which I don't understand. I always really like it when I find someone with a unique perspective but the average normie sees this as the worst thing in the world and they try really hard to browbeat you into submission.

Like you hear stories of Socrates, Alexander etc and it seems like they really did not give a fuck what other people thought about them. In modern times it feels like people constantly have to apologize and cuck out if anyone dislikes you. But if you're a unique "neurodivergent" person this means your entire life is like a constant apology, like just constantly cucking out. Meanwhile some 100 IQ foid who works for HR never has to apologize for her existence, even though she contributes way less to society, just because she follows all the rules exactly as laid out. It's a society built for cucks, maintained by cucks, and creative people are its sacrifices.

The need for approval is due to a society of conformity. However much people talk about being "niche" and "unique", they hate these concepts. They only want the "niche" things that are approved, just slightly less popular.

The old world would have people willing to die for their beliefs, which was respected by even those in the highest positions of power. Diogenes could insult the king to his face and he would just laugh it off. Now you can get thrown in prison for simply questioning the authority of the elite. Its because the modern world is all about controlling you to your very essence. Just doing what you are told isn't enough, you must agree with it and believe it.

I had a running coach i liked a lot in school who said something to me that stuck. If anyone would say "i think…" As a joke he would say "see that's what youre doing wrong, youre not meant to think. Thinking is dangerous". He was very right in this. The modern world hates any original thought or questioning of the status quo. Its because its the easiest way to make everyone feel happy. Tell them theyre all equal, and force them to actually be equal by bringing those who are better down to the average. Nobody pretended to be equal in the ancient world, the royalty were gods and the peasants were nothing, but because of this you did whatever you wanted. What would a king care about the thoughts of a peasant?
