The mindset pill is BRUTAL. When I was a kid I was always down on myself. Like one time I got 19/20 on some math test in 3 grade and I cried for 10 mins. Even teachers started to tell my parents about this, saying that "I have a lot of stress for a young boy" in like 3 grade. Now im older and I still have a shitty mindset and my day gets ruined over one mistake or mean comment made to me (irl). It was over at birth

Yeah, mindset is big. I was a pretty depressed kid until i was nearly 18. The trick that worked for me was to inflate my ego to a ridiculous level, and if you start thinking you are a giga, you will feel better. Its terrible to think of yourself as a weak person

Also, there is no real downside to having a big ego. A lot of media talks against it and shows people with an ego as unlikeable douchebags, but get real. A guy who thinks highly of himself will be more likely to approach people, so will have more friends (this actually works, i made myself more social by brute forcing it, just go talk to people). A guy who is more confident in himself is more attractive than the miserable fuck who is always worried and is a minor inconvenience away from ACKing

Any mean spirited comment, scolding etc… tends to stick around my head for days, with me overthinking about possible consquences of that.

Its 100% genetic. Ev&doe nobody in my close family is a loser, we are all pretty successful, it doesnt feel like enough for any of us or at the very least we arent proud enough of ourselves. My sister is always stressed about school and my mother is anxious she isnt doing enough, evenTHOUH she is doing a pretty good job. My father has a really good job but definitely isnt as proud of it as he should be.

Meanwhile you can find some genuine losers who believe the world truly owes them something. They may have no skill, no drive, but they will get what they want because they think its a birthright
