I just asked a girl out over text.
I know it’s retarded, but I didn’t have a chance to ask her in person.
Please wish me luck, I think she might like me and this is something I’ve never done before.

good luck dont worry about it too much since youre probably a caca if she rejects you gg go next if she accepts you try your best not to be clingy and insecure but if you are and you lose her that way then learn from your mistakes and keep it pushing

dont dwell on it too much 'teen it will hurt for a while if you liked her a lot but one day you will wake up and your first thought wont be about her. keep your head up and move on to the next, and keep this momentum going while you're at it no sense in letting all this built up courage go to waste keep asking girls out or even just talking to more of them about random shizzz mane

as long as you werent making a dramatic confession of love (which would be terrible either way), casually asking out over text is fine

Not OP but please elaborate on it. Is asking out over text really lowering your chances? Every time I've asked a girl out over text I was rejected but I never considered that the way I did was responsibe for this. And what do you do in a situation in which you can only ask her out over text? Like you are both on vacation or you have ever met once irl?
