^ SO HOW CAN YOU STOP?

There is a couple of ways to help stop gooning.

Try and Identify triggers, such as loneliness, boredom, stress.

Social Media is one of the bigger ones and is the easier one to fix, try and block out any content you see on whatever Normie Kike app you use, most have settings to block out NSFW or Suggestive content. If you see it, you are likely able to have that app suggest less of it. Less exposure to suggestive or pornographic content helped me alot personally when it came to stopping altogether. Enable restrictions on your device that help to block this content from being searched up altogether to prevent urges.

Relying on willpower alone is probably not going to help you, change your environment. If your urge hits, direct your mind towards other things. Spend 10 minutes, go do something else. Take a walk, maybe do a quick workout, hop on the game, or just talk to somebody. Urges rise, then fall off after a bit.

If you end up relapsing? Try and stop after a few minutes, I've heard some people wear condoms to try and "feel it less" per say. Ive never done it. Regardless of what you do don't let it become a habit again.

Go to bed earlier, wake up early. It seems silly but this actually works, a lot of time urges to goon happen later into the night. It is also a really healthy habit to have in general.
