i think i already requested this but picochan was a JS-free tor-only imageboard that worked with pure html/css and unlike vichan, it was fully functional without annoying bugs.
it had a simple png captcha similar to kolymas, but it actually worked in any web browser without giving you annoying "you mistyped the captcha" or "post looks automated" popups.
