Why are cheapest houses in this country 2 bedroom apartments that cost ~50.000 dollars?!?!
I want a studio apartment with BARELY enough space to lie down so I can finally afford a house. It would be SOO much more practical and profitable to build those instead of large homes. Nobody is getting married or having kids anyway so what the FUCK do we need large houses for???! I don't wanna live with my p*rents for the rest of my life!
