During WW2 it increased because Albanian nationalists (specifically the party of Balli Kombetar; National Front) saw Germany and Italy's promised help of achieving "Greater Albania" as fulfilling, and sought help ev&oe the Waffen-SS division for Albanians was really underperforming, due to the weakened structure of the Nazisphere in 1944. Partisans took over, led the country to an isolation so bad, capitalism hit like a truck with pyramid schemes as the population had never seen it or had they known how it works, outside the borders assimilation, genocides, no national rights and whatnot…
Every political party now is de facto valkable-zities loving, Yuhrocuck socdem, no matter how center-right or heckin conservatorino they like to say they are.
TLDR: In WW2 Albanians hated Slavs as much as le Notsees did (enemy of my enemy), but got 180'd into never-ending socialism so not even a moderately right party exists, only on paper.
