this is how degenerate society has become. so much so that GTA Rockstar group designed the game around real life.
I se niggas by the hundreds pulling wheel stands in traffic and blocking people trying to get to work more than once in just the past 5 years.
I can't tell you how often that shit happens. Just praying one of them stacks into another and causes a dominos effect but then if it happens you say to yourself, I'll have to take the rest of the day off waiting for this shit to get cleaned up
