from what I've seen, the original DNB image shows a baby beheaded for a money ritual (according to some African news outlets)
the second dnb image (where the guy is arrested) is different, but the same baby is there: it was likely taken after the first, meaning he was likely arrested the moment the picture was taken (as the picture was likely police evidence)
very sad case.
