A lot of the time it just means that it is relating to it. Its stupid and they could just say it is inspired by X or in the style of X but instead they stick core on. Also I think Spotify has AI scan songs and assign made up labels to categorise them and overuses core too, but i wouldn't know for sure because only retards use spotify
