I played it, its funny enough but don't expect much content at all. Catch it on a sale or pirate it, it isn't worth spending much on at all.
Also theres a homebrew port of the entire game if you have a jailbroken 3DS.

You reject some people, but it really isn't the goal of the game. Dating sims have the player obsess over one person repeatedly, class of '09 has you interact with a bunch of separate people.
