I'm gonna share what i've understood of the game's story soo far.
There's an asylum and they put insane people in there
Two doctors are walking into the asylum in the desert when they find a squirrel and decide to keep it
One doctor gets killed by 'plier
Chud was put into the asylum due to commiting a shootout in a synagogue
While handing the soylent to the soyjaks a van stops and abducts a little girl nearby, presumably it was Rapeson
Guy on the phone gets killed by Rapeson in Night 4
After Swolesome comes around and gives meds to the patients, after his workout routine, he kills fingerboy, and Rapeson is missing, having escaped, escaping execution
Yeah i guess that's all i could dig of this game. Hopefully they won't make another one making this lore overly complex and mindbreaking.

I don't think it was Markiplier. Technically speaking, the troon acking sprite resembles the markiplier variant, but xe's clearly not 'plier. Similarly, the floating head was possibly a separate person, especially since the 'plier you see in game is bald. In fact, the schizo Markiplier is associated with hallucinations, and I haven't played the night 5 minigame, so it's possible that he just hallucinated a floating head resembling Markiplier, but with hair.

Doll used to serve soylent to soyteens. How the fuck could it not have been rapeson who raped soylita? I think that's why doll said "guess I got what's coming for me". In another minigame that you get by clicking on the poster depicting the /caca/ babybot version of Doll (you can find it in the hall camera), you "serve" soylent to the soyteens, but now they're gray, and they stand there motionlessly, and without faces, like slenderman statues. Eventually the door of the soyeria opens, and text tells you to "face your fears". Your character starts moving very slowly, but eventually you arrive at a forklift. Doll tells you in Night 1 that he used to be a night-shift guard too at one point, but that now he was on forklift duty. So Doll was a night-shift guard, then he switched to soy vendor, and lastly he took to forklift duty. I have a gut feeling that he planned to impale Rapeson through the forklift. And he got guilt from not bothering to save soylita, like a weak soyboy. And that's why he tells you "I guess I got what's coming for me…", or something among those lines or whatever, yeah…

Also my headcanon theory for why Rapeson kills you immediately if he's in the same room as you, but not other enemies:

First explanation is that Chud and the swedish imp are on meds, which alter their behaviour. Furthermore:

Chud doesn't kill aryans. He only kills da joos. Also he has poor eyesight, hence his glasses. When he enters your room, he suspects you of being a jewish man, but it takes him like half a second to be sure of it (again, poor eyesight), but if you turn the lights off, he assumes you might be a aryan and he leaves you alone.

Why does it take the imp longer to kill you than Chud and especially Cobson?
Because, like any svennigstani man, he's efeminate and weak, so he hesitates because he's a bitch, and he shits his pants from bright lights.

Now for the troon:

Why does the troon only ack in your room? Because xe wants attention. Xe wants xis death to stir up as much drama as possible.

Why does shining your light on xim make xim disappear? Because xe's a terminally-online basement dweller who roams at night because xe hides from the sun's bright light and xe's never touched grass in xis life. Plus, xe has autism, is sensitive to intense stimuli such as light, and has photosensitive epilepsy, so shining your light repels xim. The reason why xe smiles when you flash your light on xim is:
1.) because xe thinks it's an awkward moment that you're staring square at xis ugly face as xe plans to kill ximself, and:
2.) because when you go outside and the light is bright, your cheek muscles contract to clench your eyes and further keep the intense light out.

Because they can help him escape. Indeed, Cobson is not that dangerous to you, and the main danger is if either Chud or hallway imp walk in and you couldn't possibly know which of the two you're dealing with. He needs people to help him kill you so he can escape. After that, he'd gladly rape them.

Bonus:
Why doesn't Chud kill the troon? Because xe's a aryan, and because he's sexually attracted to xim.
