Think about it. Is that face funny? But it's not at all what you imagine, it's not a funny meme. This face was originally designated as the Wyoming Screamer! That's what it's actually called. It was invented and drawn by a serial killer from the United States called the Wyoming Frick.
The Wyoming Frick, real name William, lived in Laramie, Wyoming and in 1994 he began killing people in his town and several other towns in the state and became a local blood demon. In 1999, William was caught and arrested and imprisoned in Rawlins Town Prison, he was sentenced to life in prison. During the investigation, the FBI counted that William killed 34 people, including 2 police officers on his trail, Julia Burton, 35, and Robert Dekker, 58. Shortly before his death, Robert once said "Maybe I'm too old for this investigation". William liked to use a crowbar, sledgehammer and cleaver, in various combinations, to kill and torture. He liked to torture people before killing them in places hidden from humans. Creepy man, literally a monster. Cops all over the state whispered amongst themselves, wondering if the Wyoming Frick had come from Hell.
After William's arrest and sentencing, the wardens at the jail suddenly found him dead in his cell one regular day. No matter how many times the FBI examined the body and the cell, the cause of death has remained a gruesome mystery to this day, no trace of violence or anything else was found. The Vaoiming Frick left a legacy of only a man painted on the wall with a completely freakish expression on his face, what it meant and who it depicted is also a mystery. During the spread of the internet, an exact reproduction of the drawing from the camera was stolen by a hacker from the FBI archives and became a popular meme called Womer/Soyjak.
