The only thing that actually upsets 4chan janitors/mods is pedo posting. They get a sensible chuckle every time they see a cob on log, but when they see a pro-pedo post utilizing facts and logic, they shiver.
For guaranteed replies, and to actually piss off jannies, use a rainbow flag on /pol/, post an image of a child or a pedojak, and post something pro-pedo (along the lines of "sex doesn't harm children", "pedophilia is a sexuality", etc.). Pretty much just use the Newgon debate guide to make rational arguments in favour of adult-child sex.
