try my recipie. works every time.

kratom is meant to be broken down and it is chewed traditionall in SEA. since most of us have access to only powder and extracts leaves sometimes arent a option. boiling then freezing breaks the cellular walls of the kratom. once frozen you will notice a red line. that is the mitrogyna. you can go even deeper and extract that so know plant matter. Also take magnesium and b-vitamins with kratoms. night and day difference.

another method that is even easier and covers up the taste:

>3. add 2.5 grams - 4grams of kratom (use more if you have weak stuff)

After 20 minutes it will break down the cell walls of the kratom, which extracts the alkaloids and makes it stronger. Orange juice covers up the taste
